Services include appraisals and valuations for lending purposes, limited reports, market surveys, rental surveys, and general consulting.  Mass appraisals and multiple property acquisitions from negotiations to close of escrow are available.  Condemnation valuations, acquisition reports, and expert witness testimony are major components of our practice.
