Ms. Kavanaugh has been appraising since 2003. In addition to experience with improved properties, Ms. Kavanaugh has handled appraisals of complex biologically impacted mitigations properties. She helped start up the small apartment appraisal department. Ms. Kavanaugh attended UCLA and has completed numerous appraisal courses and seminars. She has completed over 100 multi-family appraisals, proposed condominiums projects, subdivisions tract feasibility reports, and various types of commercial property appraisals. She also has experience with transmission line easements, easement upgrades, and electrical substations; open space valuations; water tank sites; libraries; fire stations; correctional institutions.

Ms. McDonald began appraising in 2003 and has over four years of experience in regional mall property management and two years of industrial portfolio management. Ms. McDonald's hands on management of large commercial properties adds strength to our commercial team. She is strong in lease analysis, Excel and Argus. Ms. McDonald has worked on appraisals of large shopping centers, industrial parks, office buildings and multi-level parking structures. She has experience in appraising multi-property right-of-way acquisitions of commercial and residential properties.

Mr. Demkiw's commercial real estate appraisal experience includes appraising single- and multi-tenant retail, office, and industrial properties types; apartments; land; and residential subdivisions. Mr. Demkiw's experience also includes special-use properties and appraisals for insurance replacement cost analysis for public entities throughout California. He is a graduate of Pepperdine University and holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration. Mr. Demkiw has experience with simple and complex partial acquisitions for right-of-way projects. He recently completed an acquisition assignment impacting the Seal Beach U.S. Naval Weapons Stations.

Ms. Olson has been appraising since 2002. She has experience in accounting and finance and holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of San Francisco. She has completed over 100 appraisals for proposed subdivisions, condominiums, and developments. She also has experience with mixed-use properties, office, retail, industrial, and special-use properties, as well as those dedicated for municipal and public use.

Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, Certificate No. AR031456, State of California
Mr. Botts has both appraisal production and review experience. He has worked in the field completing numerous residential appraisals and served as a Senior Risk Analyst for AMC Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Mr. Botts is currently working on complex subdivisions, valuations for proposed, as well as troubled, assets, and commercial appraisals. He has extensive experience appraising land in raw, semi-finished, and finished conditions. His work includes the appraisal of right-of-way acquisitions.

Real Estate Trainee Appraiser, Certificate No. AT043715, State of California
Ms. Santolucito joined the Kiley Company in 2006. She was hired as an office manager and brought over five years experience working in that capacity. She obtained her Real Estate Trainee Appraiser license in 2008 and has been working with Ms. Kiley on various appraisals since that time. Ms. Santolucito graduated Cum Laude from Concordia University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Leadership. She has completed appraisals of vacant land, office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties.

Environmental Consultant
Mr. Lloyd-Davies graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Sciences. With experience at the USGS, and also in preparing environmental impact reports, Mr. Lloyd-Davies is able to provide insight pertaining to environmental concerns that may impact land use.
