Mr. Botts has both appraisal production and review experience. He has worked in the field completing numerous residential appraisals and served as a Senior Risk Analyst for AMC Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Mr. Botts is currently working on complex subdivisions, valuations for proposed, as well as troubled, assets, and commercial appraisals. He has extensive experience appraising land in raw, semi-finished, and finished conditions. His work includes the appraisal of right-of-way acquisitions.

Ms. Santolucito joined the Kiley Company in 2006. She was hired as an office manager and brought over five years experience working in that capacity. She obtained her Real Estate Trainee Appraiser license in 2008 and has been working with Ms. Kiley on various appraisals since that time. Ms. Santolucito graduated Cum Laude from Concordia University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Leadership. She has completed appraisals of vacant land, office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties.

Mr. Lloyd-Davies graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Sciences. With experience at the USGS, and also in preparing environmental impact reports, Mr. Lloyd-Davies is able to provide insight pertaining to environmental concerns that may impact land use.
