President of the Kiley Company, a full service appraisal and consulting firm serving all of Southern California, Ms. Kiley has over 28 years of appraisal experience; 18 years managing the firm.

Ms. Kiley has appraised properties of all types, including, apartment complexes, retail centers, retail malls, office buildings, industrial buildings, industrial business parks, manufacturing buildings, vacant land, and residential subdivisions.  Also included in her practice is the appraisal of leasehold, leased fee, partial interests, condemnation properties, mass appraisals, and special use properties.  Assignments have been completed for owners, lenders, public agencies, and attorneys.

Ms. Kiley is an approved instructor for the Appraisal Institute, a Corporate Sponsor of the Chapman University School of Business & Economics, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute for Real Estate Law and Environmental Studies of Chapman University.  Ms. Kiley has served as an expert witness in the U.S. District Court, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, and the Superior Court of California.  She is also affiliated with IRWA and CREW.

Ms. Kiley inspects and reviews every appraisal completed by her team of appraisers, ensuring clients that each assignment is given the highest personal and professional attention.  Clients are given direct access to the principal.  The combination of experienced appraisers and personal review by the lead MAI ensures rapid turn around time and maintains the highest quality work.
